Puppies born February 1st 2010: 4 boys and 2 girls Many, many thanks - again - to Nina Skjćran for invaluable help with the delivery! At 00.56 am the February 1st 2010 was Lottes first puppy born. It was a girl. After that two boys were born, then a girl and in the end another two boys. Two of the boys where very small when they were born; only 48 and 62 g. The biggest one was 180 g. We knew that they might wouldn't survive, and did everything we could to get them to eat. It went actual very fine the second day. The third day it turned around and the two smallest one didn't want to eat. Not even when we put foster milk into their mound... In the morning the fourth day the smallest one died... In the night the other one had began to eat a little, so we began to get a small hope for it, even when we knew it was a small one. Our "Little-boy" is full of life, and is eating more and more milk from his mother. At the writing time, he has become 156 g. The biggest one is 605 g... "Little-boy" is a thought guy, so we are very anxious how the future will be for him. The other one are also getting bigger day by day, and we are enjoying every day with them! The puppies are now six weeks old, and everything seems fine for all five puppies. The biggest one is about 2 kg and the little one about 0,9 kg. The puppies were on their first drive last week and we have also started with pot-training outside. I think they thought it was cold in the start, but its going better and better now.
